Core commercial model
Joining and basic listing are free. The platform commission is 8.5% on platform sales. Seller payouts are processed manually twice monthly, with a R4 payout fee per payout.
Seller approval
Seller registration does not guarantee approval. Products and seller content may be held for review before publication.
Payouts
Only cleared, eligible balances are included in payout processing. Refunds, reversals, disputes or other valid adjustments may affect the amount available for payout.
Before live commerce: payment processing, refund allocation and final payout cut-off rules must be confirmed in the live seller agreement.
