What does basic design include?
One advert design using the information, logo and suitable images you supply, plus up to two consolidated revision rounds. New concepts, late replacement copy or additional revisions may require a separate design booking.
Can I upload a finished advert?
Yes. Upload a clear PDF, PNG or JPG matching the exact allocation shown above. The final file is checked before it is marked ready for the issue.
Does a booking guarantee a specific editorial page?
Premium covers are position-specific. Other placements are assigned according to the final issue layout, section relevance and available inventory.
Can discounts be combined?
No. The three-month prepaid discount, verified BNI/Owlytic discount and promotional coupons cannot be stacked.
What happens after the normal deadline?
The current issue closes automatically. New bookings and incomplete content move to the next available issue unless The Whereabouts team records a month-specific extension in the Operations Centre.
