Use the issue planner to allocate editorial pages, adverts and bottom strips before publication.
- Step 1Create the magazine issue with deadlines and publication date.
- Step 2Review paid bookings and ready editorial items.
- Step 3Assign each item to a unique page or advert slot.
- Step 4Resolve missing artwork, approval, consent, print-resolution and duplicate-slot warnings.
- Step 5Export the issue manifest only after all blocking warnings are cleared.
Book the correct space
- Choose the publication month and placement that matches the artwork size shown on the booking card.
- Sign in or create the advertiser account, then complete payment.
- Open Magazine advertising in My Whereabouts and upload the final artwork against the correct booking.
- Supply the advertiser name, destination link and any production notes.
- Check the proof and respond to requested changes inside the booking record.
Deadline: booking, payment and print-ready artwork are due by the 15th for the booked issue. Artwork should include the stated bleed and be supplied at 300 dpi unless the booking says otherwise.
