Who sells the product?

The seller identified on the product page, cart and order is the supplier of that product and the party to your sale agreement. Owlytic provides the marketplace, checkout, records and payment-collection technology. An order may contain goods from more than one seller; each seller is responsible for its own portion.

Seller information and policies

Review the seller name, product details, price, delivery method, estimated timeframe, seller terms and returns policy before paying. Seller policies supplement these terms but cannot remove statutory consumer rights. Where a seller policy conflicts with applicable law, the law prevails.

Orders and payment

You authorise the payment provider to process the total shown at checkout. Owlytic may receive the money as the seller’s collection agent, deduct the agreed platform commission and hold settlement until the order is eligible for seller payout. Payment to the platform through an approved checkout method discharges your payment obligation to the seller for that amount.

Delivery

The seller selects and manages delivery or courier options, charges, packaging, dispatch, tracking and delivery support. Delivery estimates are estimates unless the seller expressly agrees otherwise. See the Shipping and Delivery Policy for the process if an order is late, damaged or missing.

Returns, refunds and chargebacks

The seller handles product cancellations, returns, warranties and refunds in accordance with its published policy and applicable law. Contact the seller first through the order details. You may escalate an unresolved matter to The Whereabouts so that we can preserve records, request a response, hold an unsettled balance or act where required by law or payment rules. A chargeback does not automatically determine the legal merits of a dispute and fraudulent chargebacks may be contested.

Buyer duties

Provide a correct address and contact details, choose a suitable delivery option, inspect goods promptly, follow lawful return instructions and do not misuse reviews, claims or payment disputes. Risk and ownership pass as provided by applicable law and the seller’s lawful terms.

Consumer rights

Nothing here limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived, including rights relating to safe and good-quality goods, implied warranties, defective goods, cooling-off where applicable, disclosure, fair terms and prohibited conduct.
